Sometimes, you just really need comfort food, and this chicken Parm is both comforting and healthy, says NYC-based celebrity personal trainer Don Saladino, who has worked with many Hollywood stars—including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds—as well as pro athletes. According to Don, it’s a good source of protein, which helps keep you fuller longer and stabilizes your blood sugar. The dish also has flaxseed meal which contains omega-3 fatty acids that can help improve your skin. Additionally, the recipe is really quick and easy to make in an air fryer!

Pro Tip from Don: Serve with your favorite sautéed greens.
